You're never left wondering.

The biggest complaint about contractors is silence. We keep you in the loop with regular updates on what happened, what’s next, and anything you need to know. You always have access to the owners.

Proactive project photos, videos, and text updates.

This sounds simple, but you get it without having to ask.

A clear schedule.

A milestone schedule is shared before work begins and kept current as the project moves. You always know what’s coming next and roughly when. We promise that the schedule will change but we also promise you will know why.

Milestone-based payments.

Payments are tied to specific milestones so you can plan your cash. Labor bills after work is performed and materials bill at time of purchase.

Written change orders. Always.

Nothing about your scope or cost changes without a Change Order signed by both parties. No exceptions, no ambushes.

1-year workmanship warranty.

All labor is covered by a one-year workmanship warranty from project completion. If something isn’t right, we make it right. No debate.

    Discovery Call · 20–30 min · No cost

    We Listen First

    Before we talk about budget or timelines, we listen: what do you love most about your home right now? And what would make it better? This call is about understanding your goals, your concerns, and whether we're the right fit for each other. Just a real conversation. If we think you shouldn't do the project, or shouldn't spend as much as you're planning, we'll tell you.

    On-Site Visit · No cost

    We Come to You

    We walk your space together, take measurements, perform a lidar scan, and ask detailed questions about how you live, your priorities, and what's been bothering you. We want to understand your vision clearly before we put anything together, because a plan built on a real understanding is one that holds.

    Design & Visualization – Fee

    You See It Before You Build It

    This is where the dream becomes real. We design your project so you can see it come together before construction ever starts, and because the same team designs and builds it, what you fall in love with is what actually gets built. No plans lost in translation between a designer and a separate crew.

    A Contract You Can Trust

    We put your project into a clear, fair agreement with open-book pricing, so you see where your money goes and understand exactly what you're approving. We walk you through every part of it in plain language. Once you're ready, and only when you're ready, we sign together.

    Pre-Construction & Permitting

    We Handle the Paperwork. You Stay Informed.

    Before anyone picks up a tool, we pull the required permits, finalize your selections, confirm subcontractor schedules, and share your full milestone schedule. We won't start construction until every piece is in place.

    Build, With Honest Communication

    You're Never Left Wondering

    This is the part of a project where homeowners usually get left in the dark. Not on ours. You get regular updates from the jobsite, an ongoing photo record, and a schedule kept current the whole way. If something changes, whether it is a wall surprise or a material delay, you hear it from us first, in writing, before any change is made. Agility matters on every build. When something changes, we handle it in-house with the same team, so the project keeps moving.

    Final Walkthrough & Beyond

    Done Right. No Loose Ends.

    We walk the completed project with you, room by room, with a written punch list. Every item gets addressed before we consider the job closed. You receive all warranties, permit sign-offs, and care instructions in writing. Then we stay reachable, because a one-year workmanship warranty means something, and good contractors don't disappear after the final payment.
