The fine print, in plain language.

KDB is a licensed general contractor in California, CSLB License #1071136, Class B, based in Orange County. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to perform work — a signed proposal, estimate, or membership agreement is what creates a contract between us.

• You agree to give accurate information when you contact us, request an estimate, or apply for Handled.
• You won't use the site to submit false leads, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfere with the site's normal operation.
• Content on this site — text, photos, and design — belongs to KDB or its licensors and can't be reused without our permission.

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and are not final until reflected in a signed proposal or contract. Project pricing, payment schedules, and scope are set out in that document, not on this website.

We accept bank transfer (ACH) and card payments through our payment processor, Stripe. Bank transfer has no added fee. Card payments include a processing fee, disclosed as a percentage before you confirm payment. Fees are non-refundable once a payment settles, except as required by law or as we agree in writing.

• Billing. Handled is a recurring membership billed on the schedule shown at signup (monthly, unless your agreement says otherwise). Your payment method is charged automatically each billing period.
• What's included. Membership covers the scheduled visits and services described in your plan. Work outside that scope is quoted and billed separately.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time by contacting us at hello@kdbinc.org or (714) 202-7684. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing period already paid for.
• Changes. We may adjust membership pricing or plan details with advance notice before your next billing period.

This website is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing on this site is a substitute for the specific terms of your signed project contract or membership agreement, which control if there's a conflict.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KDB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability related to the actual construction work performed under a signed contract, which is governed by that contract and applicable California law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continued use of our website or membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.
